Nadeem Ahmed, Executive Director, Data Strategy & AI Governance
Nadeem is a senior data, analytics, and governance leader who helps organisations turn data into a trusted, well-governed asset, not just a technology investment. His work spans healthcare, financial services, education, and other regulated industries, and the pattern he’s seen hold consistently is that organisations treating governance as a foundation outperform those treating it as an afterthought.
He has led enterprise data governance, analytics, and AI-readiness functions for a national health organisation, designing governance frameworks that are actually adopted rather than just documented, and working across ICT, clinical, finance, and executive teams to build the trust that makes data and AI initiatives succeed. He operates equally credibly with a board and with an engineering team.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (Information Technology) and a Master of Business Analytics, both from Deakin University, including hands-on Python-based AI and machine learning solution building. He is pursuing the IAPP’s Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certification, reflecting his focus on where the discipline is heading: governed, responsible AI built on genuinely trustworthy data.
Cyber Security, Privacy & Digital Identity
Saira Nadeem, Director, Cyber Security & Privacy
Over ten years managing large-scale websites, identity solutions, and analytics platforms for government and non-government organisations, with a strong track record delivering services that meet security and accessibility standards. Holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Monash University and a Master of Business Analytics from Deakin University. She brings a legal and regulatory lens to our governance and privacy advice, backed by ongoing Juris Doctor studies at Deakin University.
